Hire Rates & Bookings

The Centre can only succeed by being self-sustainable. That means we have to charge for the use of the facilities.

However, we aim to set the cost of hire as low as possible but, to ensure that the facility survives long-term, we have to be realistic.

There are two areas available to hire:

The main Hall at the front of the building is 49 square metres in size and can officially take up to 60 people.

The meeting/therapy room towards the back of the building is 10 square metres in size and can officially take up to 20 people.

The kitchen is also available for hire if required, but conditions apply and we will discuss this with you.

Heating and power are included in the hire rate. There is disabled access, and a large unisex toilet with disabled access and a baby-changing facility. The small meeting/therapy room also has its own unisex toilet.

Hire Rates (applicable to both the Main Hall and Back Room)

Activities provided for the public locally    £10 per hour

Meetings of local voluntary groups           £10 per hour

All other hires                                       £15 per hour

Kitchen                                                  £2 per hour

[N.B. For the purpose of hire, parts of an hour are rounded up to the next hour.]
